How long have you been in business?
We founded our business in 1997, making us a pioneer within the online sales, service, and marketing automation space.
What is your primary product or service?
Our core product is iService, a web-based application that connects companies with their customers and prospects online.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Our founder, Scott Whitsitt, had extensive experience managing customer care at a software company focused on the telecommunications business. He used that experience to build these types of solutions that leverage the Internet.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Most of our direct competitors are public companies (e.g., Oracle) that can't move as quickly as us, and don't provide the same level of personal interaction. We have a very competitive product, but at a lower price point and with a more intimate service experience.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Our hosting environment is located in Chicago, IL and we currently have staff in IL, WI, and Thailand.
